PAINT TOUCH-UP

1. Verify that all piping activities have been completed.
2. Ensure that all piping ITRs have been completed and are available.
3. Ensure sharp edges are removed prior to application.
4. Ensure all masking is completed.
5. Ensure piping supports are painted.
6. Ensure spot painting is performed.
7. Ensure dry film thickness is checked and corrected.
8. Record any defective area(s) on punch list.
9. Check attached drawing(s) with highlighted piping sections.
10. Ensure line numbering is according to P&ID.
11. Ensure flow direction is according to P&ID.
12. Ensure color coding is according to project requirements.
13. Ensure tagging of manually operated valves is correct.
14. Check that all safety/warning signs are in correct locations.
